In this post we are going to discuss about the following.  * Introduction.  * Evolution.  Introduction :  In the  late 19th century they was a vast change in the industry revolution as the use of technology was increase for the better developing of industries . * In 1960's to 1970 's the HRwas focusing on the organization's development and strategic planning.  *In 1980's to 1990 they started focuse on the personal management and employee development. *In the early 2000's ( digital era) they started focusing on the track and manage the Employees performance and development.  At this time the introduction of Big data take place which has helped them focused on they point .Many innovation  took place in the AI . * After the Covid situation the focuse on the AI was more focused .
