So I am sharing about the new concept. "Change management".

Introduction 

Change Management is the collective term for all approaches to prepare support and help an individual, teams and organisations in making organisational change.

History 

*In the 1960 's many approaches we're made on the base on the study.

*In the 1980's Mckinsey and company Julien Phillips published change management. Change 


Change Management and HRM

*Organizational structure.
*Workloads.
*Work roles.
*Working parties.
*Supervision.
*Location.

Two types of change 

* Step change ( occurs rapidly) 
* Increment change ( occurs after a period of time)


Approaches to change management.

Lewis change management this is one among the popular about change management this was introduced by Kurt Lewin  in1950.

In this, they are three stages.

*Unfreeze:  Getting prepare for change.
* Change: this stage where the real change or transaction takes place.
*Refreeze: who the change has been accepted.

Mckinsey model: This was introduced by McKinsey in the year 1980. They are seven's
* Strategy.
*Structure.
* Systems.
*Style.
*Shared value.
*Skills.
*Staff.

Kotter change management model. This has eight stages 


*Increase Urgency. create motivation among the people.
* Build the team: Right people as the team leader.
* Get vision correct: crating the vision.
*Communicate
* Getting things moving
* focus on short term goals.
* Don't give up.
*Incorporate change.

ADKAR model this is one of important model 

*Awareness.
*Desire.
* knowledge 
*Ability.
* Reinforcement.
