Total quanlity management

Hi , this is Mohammad and Iam today IAM going to share the total quanlity management (TQM) topic.

As you all know that quality plays an major in everpart of life as the customers seek for more quality andit is important for the organisation to maintain good quality because it can only satisfy the needs of the customers and if quality control is in the hands of the organisation they reach the profits .

Introduction


→The TQM concepts was first  started in the year 1920 as the principles of scientific management through US industries .

→In 1930 the Walter Shewhart develop the  methods for the statistics analysis and control of the quality .

→In the 1968 the Japanese named this concept as the total quality company wide quality control 

↑→Today the TQM is the name of philosophy of a board and systematic Approach to managing organisation quality.


Total :  made up of whole.

Quality :  degree of excellence.

Management : art of planning controlling  and directing .

  

Definition 

 TQM may be define as  managing the entire organisation process so that it excels on the all the  dimensions  of the product and services that are important to the customer.
